INTERVIEWING

Screening, assessment and short-listing the candidates for final interview which is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment team.

The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and ability to work with new environment. The candidate’s are short listed by us and then presented to the client representative for the final selection.
